‘Stupid… Useless… Lump!’ Owen puffed, each word coming out breathlessly as they struggled to carry Jack back to the SUV.
‘Careful, you’re dragging his coat through an oily puddle,’ Ianto replied, equally out of breath. ‘That’ll take ages to get out.’
Owen would have rolled his eyes if he’d had the energy for it. ‘Oh, who bloody cares? Third time this week, Ianto. Third!’
‘I know!’ Ianto yelled back. ‘Do you think I'm happy about it? Do you think Jack’s happy about it?’
‘Let’s ask him if he can stay alive long enough,’ Owen quipped.
‘Priorities, Owen,’ Ianto said. ‘Priorities!’
