Summary: Owen is confused by Jack's behaviour and priorities.
Owen looked confused. ‘Sorry, did I just see Jack rush past with a gooey hand?’
Ianto wasn’t quite sure how to reply, apart from simply saying yes. ‘The containment unit got broken upstairs when Carys Fletcher tried to make her getaway. He’s been having a fit about it ever since.’
‘What about Carys?’
‘Gone.’
‘And Jack’s not worried about that instead?’ came the incredulous question. ‘She’s only harbouring a crazy alien gas and he’s fussing about some stupid hand in a jar?’
Ianto kept a straight face despite Owen’s temper. ‘Did I say any of it had to make sense?’
