Challenge 488 - Language barriers

Title: Language barriers
Author: m_findlow
Characters: Ianto, Jack
Rating: PG
Challenge: 488 - Swear at [livejournal.com profile] tw100
Notes: Most of what Ianto says gets lost in translation.

Jack often wondered exactly what Ianto was saying when he swore in Welsh. Sometimes it sounded particularly offensive, but other times whatever he was saying lost some of its gravitas in its pronunciation.

The first time Jack had ever heard him, he'd sworn that Ianto was repeating the word car keys over and over again. When Jack suggested he try his pocket, he was met with an even longer tirade of indecipherable profanity, and quickly made his leave.

Perhaps he was better off not knowing. If Ianto really wanted him to know, Jack was sure he'd make himself perfectly clear.

The literal translation of cachi, or cachu, is defecate, so I think you get the gist of what Ianto was exclaiming... ;)
