Notes: Jack's latest report is less than glowing.
Yvonne tapped the pile of papers together on her desk before setting them down. 'I must say I'm less than impressed by your recent endeavours, Captain Harkness,' she said, watching him squirm uncomfortably in the chair opposite. It was designed to be intentionally ill-fitting to stop people from lingering.
'We try our best,' Jack replied through gritted teeth.
'I could have you replaced, you know. Find someone better qualified for the post.'
'With due respect, I think you of all people can appreciate the mortality rate in Cardiff.'
'Hmm,' she mused. 'Quite. I suppose for now you'll have to do.'
