Thank you! I think it's the lack of dialogue that gives it that feel. Most of my fics rely heavily on dialogue, so it makes for a nice change.

Intentionally vague was probably more laziness on my part admittedly, but I agree, 'what it was' wasn't as important as 'what was to be done'.
