Summary: Jack's foreign languages need a bit of work. A double drabble.

'All sorted?' Ianto asked. He was looking forward to dinner in this quaint Italian town they happened to be passing through. They'd spent all day wandering its streets. A holiday was just what the doctor ordered.

'The guy seemed to be confused,' Jack replied. 'He kept asking me if we wanted a camera. I guess we look like tourists, but wouldn't you just assume that people visiting from abroad would bring one with them? I think maybe something got lost in translation.'

'Wait, did you say he offered you a camera?' Ianto flicked through his guide book.

'Yeah. Last one, he said, though I reckon that was just a ruse to get me to say yes. Like those TV shopping ads. Only ten left. Hurry now.'

Ianto closed the guidebook and looked at Jack. 'Please tell me you humoured him and said yes.'

'Nope. Gave it to the couple queued up behind me. They were extremely grateful.'

'Idiot.'

'What?'

'He wasn't offering you a Nikon, he was offering you a camera -a room. Last one they had by the sounds of it and you just let someone else take it.'

'Oh. Oops.'

'Looks like we're sleeping out under the stars.'
