Summary: Ianto is caught out making sure he looks good. A double drabble.

'Oh, you are so busted!' Jack cried out, practically bumping into Ianto who had paused in front of the water tower, and was using it to check himself out. It had only just been cleaned, so it gleamed brightly and was now almost a perfect mirror.

Ianto looked embarrassed at having been caught out doing something that, if he saw someone else doing it, would have been considered as totally vain. It was the sort of thing Jack would do. 'I was just… adjusting.'

'Uh huh…' Jack sounded as unconvinced as Ianto's excuse. 'And you tell me I'm vain.'

Ianto stiffened and stood a little taller. 'There's nothing wrong with looking neat and presentable.' Even as he said it, he brushed down the arm of his jacket sleeve, removing the slight crease at the elbow joint.

'I don't think you've ever been anything but.'

'Well, now you know why.'

Jack smirked. 'The half an hour you spend in our bathroom every morning was enough to prove that to me. I just didn't realise it was more of an ongoing process.'

Ianto raised an eyebrow at him. 'Problem with that?'

Jack toyed with Ianto's perfectly positioned tie. 'No complaints from me.'
