Summary: Gwen has to put up with a lot if she wants answers from Jack. A double drabble.
'I'm not sure about this,' Gwen said, looking at the tub with some trepidation. Perhaps she'd have been better off sticking with Tosh and Ianto who were currently steaming themselves in the sauna.
'Nothing to worry about, Gwen Cooper,.' Jack assured her, looking at ease in his towel robe. 'They're not piranhas. They're cute little fish that nibble all the dead skin off your feet. People pay big money for this.'
She didn't doubt they did, nor that Jack had splashed out big money on them. One of everything, he'd said, pulling out the credit card and handing them the list of spa treatments on offer. My way of making it up to you all, he'd added. After four months away, he really did owe them, though an explanation was what Gwen wanted. That was why she'd agreed to split away from their group, in the hopes Jack might give her something more once they were alone.
'They won't have much to eat.'
'Maybe not you,' Jack agreed, lying back and plonking his feet in the tub, 'but you wouldn't believe where these feet have been. Those fish won't have to eat again for weeks after they're done with me.'
