Summary: Gwen is trying to get Owen to check on Ianto. A double drabble.
Gwen: Are you done with that autopsy yet?
Owen: You seriously just asked me that when you’re perfectly capable of simply looking over your shoulder to see for yourself? What kind of investigative skills are those, PC Cooper?
Gwen: I just wanted to know if you’ve gone to check on Ianto, or were about to.
Owen: Why? Has he sprouted alien antennae?
Gwen: Don’t be stupid. I only mean, he’s been up in that tourist office for days now. He only comes down to make the coffee and then disappears again.
Owen: Well, maybe it’ll give him time to think about how much he screwed us over.
Gwen: That’s not fair. You know he didn’t mean any of it to happen.
Owen: Didn’t stop it happening, though, did it?
Gwen: He’s had a month’s suspension. Don’t you think we ought to let him know he’s forgiven?
Owen: He’s the one purposefully ignoring us. If he wants to sit up there and sulk whilst sorting out pamphlets, I say let him.
Gwen: Are you holding a grudge or is that your medical opinion?
Owen: Actually, it is. When you’ve seen as many PTSD sufferers as I have, then you can pass judgement.
