torchwood100Summary: Ianto has an offer too good to refuse. A double drabble.
‘Can I get you some coffee, sir?’ Ianto asked, drifting through Jack's office on some other errand.
‘Would that be some of King Ianto’s coffee?’ he said, letting his eyes move from the report he'd just been reading which detailed Ianto’s research into cults and how he might go about setting one up for himself. Jack hated signing off on research files but at least Ianto attempted humour in his which made than just that little bit more palatable. Especially given the circumstances.
‘Might be,’ Ianto replied, keeping his tone coy. ‘I was hoping it might help you consider my next request.’
Jack was immediately intrigued. ‘Which is?’
‘I've got that extra day off next Friday. I thought I might treat myself. Fancy hotel room, buffet breakfast, bathtub big enough for two…’
‘Sounds tempting. I'm sure I could find an excuse to play hookey that day.’
‘I'm sure you could,’ Ianto agreed. ‘It’d be a shame to waste the “room for two” part.’
‘Just so we're clear. King Ianto isn't going to require any bowing and scraping, is he?’ Not that Jack was opposed to a little bit of submissive treatment.
‘Nope. Just worship.’
Jack chuckled. ‘Worship I can do.’
