Summary: Ianto's teammates don't look like they're enjoying themselves. A double drabble.
Ianto leaned forward on the back lip of the SUV's boot. He was in pain but it was nothing compared to the nausea he felt. He sucked in as much air as he could, glad of the cool country air outside that farmhouse of death. Nothing had prepared him for that.
He cast a look around at his teammates. They all looked as bad as he felt, except for Jack who appeared injury free but who had a face like thunder in its place, watching with a scowl as police and paramedics swarmed the scene, taking away the cannibals in police cars and ambulances.
He's accused Tosh earlier that they enjoyed the danger. That they got a high from being put in situations like this. That was what made him different from them. He didn't get a buzz from operating on fear and the unknown.
Now when he looked at their faces though, he didn't see even a shred of that. They were just as wounded and worn by it as he was. There'd be no smiling and laughing about it in the days to come. Some things were just too awful for even the strongest person to brush off.
