‘Ow!’ Tosh cried out, earning her the attention of the only other person insane enough to still be at the hub at this hour.
Owen turned his head from his computer screen. ‘What’s wrong?’
‘Nothing,’ she replied, feeling silly now that she’d made such a loud declaration. ‘I just went to push my glasses back up and missed. Poking yourself in the eye really hurts.’
‘That’s what happens when you’re sleep deprived,’ Owen replied.
‘Or not watching what you’re doing,’ she agreed. ‘But it’s fine. I don't think I need a doctor to check it out.’
Owen shrugged. ‘Offer stands.’
