I always think my spook_me fics are long until I see yours *grins* No idea how you do it, but you get all the kudos. I'll read it when I can find the time to give it the attention it deserves.

I don't know either! Maybe it was the pressure of the countdown app on my phone that displayed the deadline every single time I opened my phone. Without it I probably would have procrastinated more, but it did take a big effort. I'm making up for last year where I started Spook_me but never finished (by a long way). Think I'll step back from this fic for a while before deciding whether to tinker with it.
I can tick off my "big fic" box for this year. Phew!

Well, I got the first chapter up on time, and all the rest will be linked. Got chapter 3 finished last night so only 3 more to edit. Same thing happened last year.
