Ianto frowned disparagingly at Jack as he held the two objects, one in each hand. ‘And you’re certain that this will work?’ asked with as much scepticism as he could muster. Ianto was the resident expert on alien stain removal but this one had even him baffled, having tried half a dozen methods before giving up.
‘Trust me,’ Jack said. ‘You just sort of grate the block over the stain and the flakes will dissolve into it and soak it up.’
‘Grate?’
‘Like cheese on a pizza.’
Ianto huffed. ‘Well, it's just obvious when you put it like that.’
