Summary: Myfanwy has broken the number one rule. A double drabble.
Ianto glared hard at his charge. ‘You in big trouble, Missy,’ setting hands on his hips and making sure she heard the disappointment in his voice. She wasn’t much at reading faces by all accounts, but the tone of voice that you used was definitely understood.
Whether she felt any guilt or remorse was an entirely different matter. She probably didn’t even understand what the problem was. It was one thing to be able to house-train a cat or a dog, but there were no how-to guides for dinosaurs.
‘Jack isn’t going to be happy,’ Ianto carried on telling her. ‘He doesn’t even like it when Owen leaves bits of autopsied alien in jars on his desk. How is he going to feel about what you've left?’
He sighed, getting another whiff of it. ‘You think I'm just going to clean it up for you so that Jack doesn’t find out.’ God knew he didn’t think she was going to clean it up. Of course he’d end up cleaning up her dinosaur poo, but it was just a question of whether Jack would be mad at Myf for pooping or him for not cleaning it up before he found out.
