Summary: Ianto wishes his sister didn't have to label everything. A double drabble.
Ianto sipped his tea, noting the way he could still taste the fluoride from the tap water, even after it had been boiled twice. Still, at least the chips and dip were good, making up for the atrocious milky tea. His sister wasn't much of a cook, but she made a mean spinach dip. He found himself around here more often these days, having discovered that he genuinely cared about his extended family in light of nearly having lost his niece and nephew to drug addicted aliens.
'So,' Rhiannon said, masticating her way through a large squared of pita bread chip, 'what's it like?'
He frowned, lowering his mug to the table. 'What's what like?'
She double dipped her chip. 'You know… Swinging both ways.'
Oh God. Not this again. 'I do not swing,' he replied, trying and failing to keep his voice level. 'I told you, it's just him.'
His sister gave a shrug. 'You dated girls, now you're dating a bloke and you swear you're not gay, so…'
He gritted his teeth, wishing she'd stay out of his love life. 'I don't know what I am, okay? When I figure it out, you'll be the first to know.'
