Summary: Owen isn't nearly as cold and unfeeling as everyone thinks. A double drabble.

People liked to think that Owen Harper didn’t have feelings. They seemed to think that even more now that he was officially undead. It couldn’t have been further from the truth.

Owen felt a great deal, even more so now that he was dead. He felt pissed off that he’d wasted the best part of enjoying what it was to live, from savouring the taste of a greasy kebab on Caroline Street at three in the morning, to the feel of warm skin pressed against his in the heat of the moment. There was guilt at having been a bastard to the only people who were nice to him despite, denial that life as he knew it was over, and sadness that he’d fucked it all up without really trying. There was even a little bit of love, wishing he’d given Tosh a chance and knowing it was too late for all that.

He might not have been able to physically feel things anymore, but inside his head he still felt every kind of emotion there was, amplified by the fact that most now came with the stark realisation that he was still dead and would stay that way forever.
