torchwood100Summary: Andy knows better but that doesn't stop him wondering.
Andy has seen a lot in his years working for the police force. He knows a serious crime from a petty crime, a bar brawl from a gang mugging, and a planned robbery from a moment of opportunity.
He also knows that when things get a bit weird he should step away and call Gwen. It'll be one of her Torchwood “spooky do” things, and if he's learned nothing else he knows to steer well clear of those.
They'll be nothing but trouble and even though he wishes he knew what the real story was, perhaps it's best he doesn't.
