‘Well, if it isn’t my best customer,’ the dry cleaner remarked as the bell over the door tinkled at Ianto’s entrance. ‘What’ll it be this time, laddie? Blood, grease, chemicals or other?’
Ianto was so accustomed to their banter that he didn’t even appear sheepish as he lay the greatcoat on the counter. ‘Mostly blood this week, Dai. Although I’m pretty sure that the left hand pocket has suffered from some long-term pepperoni and pizza sauce storage.’
Dai picked it up and turned the pocket inside out to take a look for himself. ‘Aye, that looks about right,’ he agreed.
