He hadn't meant to say anything, but he was tired of being invisible.  

Invisible had been what had gotten him into this mess, and now they'd dragged him out here with them.

'Guess it's my turn then is it? It was Lisa.'

He'd lashed out at Gwen, but his feelings had been directed at Jack.

Jack's icy glare made him regret it almost immediately.  

It wasn't about the kiss, it was about the betrayal.  

He'd started something with Jack that wasn't meant to mean anything.

The hurt had been unintentional but deeper feelings now wrestled inside his mind.  

Love perhaps?

Jack's grumpy-face in this scene said it all, although I'm with Ianto here because I don't think Jack's kiss-of-life really counts as a kiss-kiss.

Jack's probably used people before and for less noble motives than Ianto's desire to save the woman he loves. I think he was annoyed that he'd been conned. Ianto, on the other hand, was probably surprised that his feelings for Jack developed the way they did, even while he thought Lisa was still alive.

And anyway, the question was 'Who did you last snog,' not 'Who was the last person who snogged you.' Ianto didn't really get a choice during Jack's 'kiss of lfe' act, he was unconscious through most of it! ;)
