Summary: Another afternoon off ruined by the rift
'I'm starting to think that the rift is being purposefully ironic just to spite me,' Ianto complained, ducking as the trombone came wheeling overhead, missing him by inches before slamming into the wall full of violins.
'I had nothing to do with this, I swear,' Jack said, huddled under a grand piano on the opposite side of the shop.
'A nice relaxing day, you said. A nice quite stroll around town, you said,' he grunted, as the clarinet poked him mercilessly. 'I've booked us the rest of the afternoon at a day spa for some us time, you said.'
'Again, I reiterate, totally not my fault!' he yelled, crawling speedily across the floor as rafts of sheet music came chasing after him.
'A massage and some relaxing music, you said.'
'I thought it would be nice! A few hot rocks, a long soak and some soothing panflutes.'
Ianto clutched a music stand and wielded it like a weapon, hauling a rogue tambourine back across the room, before it exploded randomly in mid air.
'Let me be very clear, Jack. The sound of panflutes is not relaxing me right now! Next time let's just stay home and use our own bath!'
