Notes: From what Suzie can tell, working for Torchwood isn't all that hard.

'Okay ladies,' Jack said, hopping out of the car. 'A nice simple rift retrieval.' Jack spared a winning smile for his latest recruit. 'Just easing you into things, Suzie.'

'I think I can handle it,' she replied.

'Okay. So what we're gonna do is use this to track the signal,' he said, showing her the PDA before handing it over.

No sooner had they spread out, the signal stopped.

'Tosh?'

'I don't know, Jack. It's just gone.'

'So, how do we find it now?'

'Uh, guys?' Suzie said. 'Could it be that big glowing thing over there behind those dumpsters?'
