Challenge 501 - Out of sight

Notes: Ianto begins to wonder if Jack notices anything. A double drabble.

Ianto gently set the coffee down on the desk without Jack so much as raising an eye.

'Have you finished cleaning the moss off the water tower, then?' he muttered just as Ianto was leaving.

Ianto turned and set his hands on his hips. 'I've been at it all morning. How could you not notice?'  

Jack had a window that looked out a cross the entire hub. It would have been impossible not to see Ianto out there in his coveralls, up the ladder scrubbing the damn thing spotless for hours with a giant broom for a brush. He'd managed to work muscles he didn't even know he had trying to stretch and reach every last nook and cranny. After having finally hosed it down and polished it to a high shine, he finally turned the system back on, letting the water slip back over the shimmering surface. The only thing that needed a shower now was him

'I've been busy,' Jack replied. Jack was usually so bored by admin that all he did was gaze out the window.

Ianto sighed. 'I could've been running around the hub completely naked.'

'Trust, me Ianto. If you were naked, I'd definitely notice.'
