Notes: Ianto is forever having to bend over backwards for family. A double drabble.

Ianto groaned at the number on his caller ID. 'What do you want?'

'Oh, that's nice,' his sister replied. 'Hello to you, too.'

Ianto rolled his eyes. 'But you do want something, don't you?'

'I need you to pick up the kids from school.'

'Today?'

'No. A week from Thursday,' she replied sarcastically. 'Yes, today you great idiot!'

Ianto narrowed his eyes. 'Why?'

'Because I'm busy.'

'And I'm not?'

'Look, can you do it or not?'

'Not until you tell me why you're suddenly so busy.'

He heard Rhiannon sigh. 'It's Johnny. He got arrested after a punch up at work.'

'He's only been in the job three weeks!'

'Save it,' she barked. 'I gotta go down there and sort this mess out, alright?'

'So, you could call me to ask me to pick up the kids, but not to tell me Johnny had been arrested?'

'I'm not asking for much! I wouldn't have bothered you if I had another option.'

Ianto pinched the bridge of his nose. Why did his family have to be such a bloody nightmare? 'Fine, but how about you go pick up the kids and I'll go and sort out things at the police station.'
