Jack pulled his shirt on as he watched Ianto deftly tying his shoelaces. 'You put the call out for the others while I go and get more details on what we're dealing with.'

Jack heard the tiny little groan from his teammate and frowned. 'What's wrong?'

'Why do I have to be the one to wake everyone up at three am?' He hated getting that text message. He certainly didn't want to be the harbinger of bad news.

'Because everybody turns up quicker when you ask them.'

'That's only because I make coffee.'

'Oh. I knew there was an explanation.'

The promise of Ianto's coffee is bound to be an incentive.

It's really the only thing that will wake them up and get them going. I think that's why Ianto doesn't bother texting the details anymore. He just texts the word Torchwood because they won't absorb anything else until after coffee.
