'Don’t do that,' Jack said.

Owen slammed his scalpel down on the metal bench. 'Would you stop?' he complained.

'Stop what?' Jack asked, taking a step back.

'I can’t do an autopsy with you standing over my shoulder and just generally lurking about.'

'I was trying to assist,' Jack argued. 'You looked a bit out of your depth.'

Owen huffed. 'Have you got a degree in medicine?'

'A cat can get a degree off the internet these days.'

'Not sure I like what you’re implying.'

'Well, stick you scalpel there and we’ll both be covered in an explosion of pus.'
