Ianto watched the council workers driving their streetsweepers, forcing the huge puddles of water and mud along the road. 'Is it wrong of me to feel a little bit pleased?'

Jack frowned at him. 'That depends on the context.'

'I mean, for once it's not our fault. It's just mother nature doing her thing. A natural disaster. Nothing we could've done, and nobody to blame us for the mess.'

Jack leaned his elbows on the ledge, staring out. 'Oh, don't think the mayor won't try and find some way of pinning it on us.'

'Maybe she should blame the weatherman.'
