Notes: Ianto's confession has chilled Jack to the bone. A double drabble.

'I killed three girls. Strangled them.'

It wasn't the words that came out of Ianto's mouth that unnerved Jack, it was the tone he used. Ianto could be an exceptional actor, Jack knew, by why on earth did he want to muck around now? Was this meant to be some kind of role play he wanted Jack to partake in? Some handcuffs and bondage before they got down to business? If it was he was doing a poor job of it. There was nothing even remotely alluring about this vignette that made Jack want to play along.

'Stop kidding around,' he demanded. He'd had a rough night himself and he wasn't in the mood for anything other than a stiff drink enjoyed in solitude. He wanted this game over.

Ianto's intense gaze locked into his. 'I'm serious. I murdered them in cold blood. I took their bodies, and-' He started, like a wild animal trapped in a corner, which in turn made Jack jump. 'You have to lock me away before I turn on you. None of you are safe.'

The bottom fell out of Jack's stomach as he grabbed Ianto. He wasn't messing with him. Something was very wrong.

Nice use of the prompt, and scene. Very chilling.

That's such a chilling scene. Poor Ianto, and then Jack had to prove it wasn't true...
