Notes: Jack panics at the thought of being trapped in his worst nightmare. A double drabble.

Jack wakes up to the sensation of cold, heavy chains around his wrist. The slightest movement brings agony to his shoulders which are about to pop right out of their sockets. For an awful moment, the feeling of being chained up takes Jack back to the Valiant. His breathe quickens and he remembers that the Master is coming to torture him.

No, that isn't right, he try to tell himself as his pulse races and his breathing so fast and shallow that it feels like he's drowning. They defeated the Master. He'd dead. He can't be back on the Valiant. This is just a panic attack.

Jack blinks, taking in the sight of the hub all around him, forcing himself to breathe slower.  He's home, but why is he chained up? He can't remember. He thinks maybe he was dead. This isn't some naughty bondage game with Ianto. He wouldn't ever, not after to what Jack told him he'd been through. But if not Ianto, then who?

The answer comes as a familiar figure wanders into view. John Hart.  Everything comes flooding back to him: the bombs, the nearly losing his team, the image of Gray, Jack's world's colliding simultaneously.
