Summary: Brienme is starting to question her decision to let Podrick accompany her. A double drabble.

Brienne grit her teeth together as she saddled her horse, making sure all the buckles and straps were fastened tight. It was all she could do not to look at Podrick out of the corner of her eye as he struggled to put on the rainment they'd acquired from a local farmer who no longer had need of such things. His days of wars and marching to battle were long past him, but the garments themselves were supposed to be a decent fit for a stocky lad like Pod.

As Pods arm reached high into the clear morning sky, struggling to get the surcoat on, she threw down the water skin that had been meant for her saddle bag.

'For God's sake, Podrick!'

'I'm almost there!' he replied, flailing around like a fish on dry land.

'You've got it on back to front,' Brienne told him, coming over to tug it off, before pulling the heap of padded cloth around him and strapping the belt extra tight. 'Honestly, you are the most useless squire. How you ever survived battle of the Blackwater is beyond me. There,' she said, 'now see if you can stay on your horse without falling off.'
