Summary: Santa is making sure everyone gets what they want this year.

'Bye Santa!' cried the little girl as her nurse helped her back to her room, trailing behind her with the IV line attached to her arm. It was impossible to tell she was suffering from some hideous illness judging by the smile on her face at having a visit from the big man in red.

All the kids in the children's ward were ecstatic at having been visited, each walking away - or sometimes being wheeled away in chairs twice their size - with a brand new gift, courtesy of the North Pole. Santa made sure no one missed out on Christmas Eve, even if they were stuck in hospital.

'Is that everyone done?' Jack asked, hidden behind the bushy white beard and padding in his suit that made him just about as fat and jolly looking as you could get.

'I think so,' Ianto replied, double checking his list, and thinking it ironic that perhaps Jack should have been doing it. Wasn't it Santa's job to check his list twice? 'How's the beard holding up?' he asked, knowing it much be itching like crazy.

'Not as bad as last year,' Jack said, though giving it a little tug away from his face anyway.

'So, that's it for another year,' Ianto declared, having done their civic duty.

'Almost,' Jack said.

'Almost?'

Jack grabbed him by the hips and tugged him down onto the bed, practically into his lap. 'There's one person who hasn't told Santa what he wants for Christmas yet.'

'Oh, well in that case I'd like a train set, a pony, some expensive coffee, a filing cabinet that organises itself...'

'Anything else?'

'Um, no I think that's it.'

'You're sure you aren't forgetting something?'

Ianto raised a curious eyebrow. 'Such as?'

'Me.'

Ianto hugged him back. 'I've already got you.'

Awww, Santa and his Elf, bringing Christmas cheer to sick kids!

I wonder if Jack will get Ian to his train set and pony... I can just picture the train set spread out in the archives, lol! Not sure where Ianto would put the pony though.
