Notes: Jack is terrified of breaking his baby girl. A double drabble.

'Do you want to hold her?' Jez asked, holding out the tiny bundle wrapped in its blanket. He looked down at his husband, realising his hands were already full with the first two. After everything they'd been through, he wanted Ianto to have first cuddles with their newborn children, but this was Jack's moment. Of course he wanted to hold her!

He took the tiny baby in his arms, so light and so fragile he was afraid that the slightest touch might hurt her. He hadn't held a newborn in years, let alone one that was his. It was very much a case of handle with care.

'Hey there,' he said, touching the chubby little face. The skin was so soft and smelled so good that he knew he was already in love with her. He would always be her biggest protector. Anyone who messed with her was going to have to deal with him first. That went double for any boy, or girl, he reminded himself, that wanted to break her heart. He hadn't been ready to be a dad in the past, but seeing his family surrounding him now he knew that things would be different this time.
