Notes: Jack is pushed to his limit. A double drabble.

The shock of being hit lasted only a millisecond before Jack was back up on his feet. It took a lot to piss him off but Ianto Jones had pressed every button he had tonight - he'd lied, he'd kept secrets, he'd played Jack like a fiddle, and he'd brought right into their midst one of the most dangerous things in the known universe. And still he meant to go in there and help it!

Jack braced himself to swing a fierce right hook to return to the favour, but arms grabbed him and held him back. It was a damn good thing they had, too. When Jack flew off the handle he was capable of killing. He wanted to kill now, but Ianto was the wrong target. There were things that deserved death more than he did now, but right here, up on the Plass, Ianto was the only thing he could almost reach. How dare he be mad at Jack for saving all their lives.

He took a breath and let himself go loose so the others would loosen their own grip. This wasn't over yet, not by a long shot. There was still work he had to do.
