Notes: Tosh is torn between staying and going. A double drabble.

Tosh felt nervous, sitting at her computer in this strange underground complex - the hub, Jack had called it. He'd set her a task, analysing some data from the large rift machine at the centre of the room, but she'd finished that half an hour ago and Jack hadn't given her anything else to do since. She wasn't sure if it was okay to start reorganising the data on the servers, which was currently all over the place and in need of someone to put it to rights.

She also wondered if there was any way she could leave this place. It wasn't that Jack had been unkind or demanding, not yet at least. It was just that she didn't know him. She'd been a prisoner of UNIT and couldn't imagine anyone thought much of her or her fate.

Then again, if she did try to leave, where would she go? Jack knew about her parents and could use them as leverage. Anyone who could get her out of a prison had some serious power.

'Tosh! I'm going up the street. Can I get you a coffee? Muffin? Bacon sarnie?'

'Uh, sure. Whatever.' Nope, she was staying right where she was.
