Summary: Ianto is troubled by additions to his calendar. A double drabble.
Ianto frowned as he sat down with his cup of coffee and spied his desk calendar. There were a bunch of little red circles around particular dates that hadn't been there yesterday.
‘Jack? Have you been putting sexy playtime dates in my calendar again?’
Jack wandered over, hands deep in his pockets as Ianto indicated the calendar with the tip of his pen. ‘Wasn't me. You only ignored them the last time I did that, anyway.’ He sloped off with a shrug, leaving Ianto to his mystery.
If not Jack, then who? And what did they signify? Were they dates that the rift would be dangerously active, or dates that it wouldn't be, or maybe dates that he simply shouldn't get out of bed, no matter what happened? He flipped through the pages, month by month, finding more circled dates, but no explanation until he flipped over December and saw the back cover. "Trust me,"it said, in the same red marker pen. He recognised his own handwriting. Oh dear. Had he just created a paradox, or was he trying to prevent one by not leaving himself more details?
He grabbed the calendar and jogged to Jack's office. ‘Uh, Jack…’
