Summary: Today is just the first day of proving nothing is impossible. A double drabble.


Ianto felt giddy from Jack's kiss by the time he'd finally broken away, even if Ianto would've kept on kissing until he'd passed out. Jack's kisses were amazing, but he'd saved his most amazing kiss for their big day. How long must he have been holding onto that, Ianto mused. He'd never thought this day would come when he'd be standing here, exchanging vows with the one person he wanted to spend the rest of his life with, however long that might be.

Jack's forehead rested against his. They were so close even those in the front row wouldn't be able to lip read their words. 'I thought it was impossible to ever love again this much,' Jack whispered. 'I resisted it for so long…'

Ianto chuckled. If this was Jack resisting he'd hate to see what he'd be like no holds barred. He supposed now he was about to find out. 'Torchwood made me learn to accept that the impossible is always possible. Even the most impossible man in the universe needs love.'

'We vowed to be together forever. I will find a way to make that possible,' Jack promised, and right in that moment Ianto truly believed it.
