Summary: Gwen feels an empty guilt inside her. A double drabble.

Gwen's hands were shaking as she carried the two pizza boxes into the hub. She couldn't wait to get inside and to have some company. She'd talk to anyone right now, it didn't matter who. Even Tosh or Ianto if Jack wasn't here. She was sure they'd tell her she hadn't screwed up, even if she hadn't quite convinced herself of that fact. She could scarcely believe she'd left Rhys lying on their sofa, drugged out of his mind and just a few hours from forgetting she'd ever told him about the affair.

She felt so hollow inside, like her soul had somehow escaped when she wasn't looking. It wasn't like her. She loved Rhys. This thing with Owen had been… just a thing. It didn't mean anything. That's what her friends would tell her. They wouldn't frown at her and call her a bad person. She wasn't beyond redemption and Owen had to share in the blame. If anyone was vacuous it should be him. He'd known she had someone else. He could have said no and turned her away but he hadn't. Everyone knew Owen was a player. She just needed to hear someone… anyone else say it.

But you did screw up, Gwen, you only have yourself to blame, and every member of the team would tell you that. YOU could have told Owen 'no', and you should have. You deserve to feel terrible, you don't deserve sympathy.
