Summary: Ianto is hooked on his own coffee much to Jack's disapproval. A double drabble.
'Hey!' Jack yelled out across the hub, spotting Ianto in the kitchen, fixing himself a coffee. Jack quickly skipped the short distance and folded his arms, giving Ianto a reproachful look. 'What did we say about no coffee?'
Ianto scowled. 'I think you mean what you said.' He certainly hadn't agreed to this. 'And I was thirsty.'
'Here,' Jack said, dropping a fancy triangular tea bag in a cup and pouring boiling water over it until it steamed. 'Have some peppermint tea instead.'
'I don't like peppermint tea,' Ianto sulked. The smell was fine but it was the taste that put him off.
'Fine,' Jack replied. 'I'll drink the peppermint tea and you can have something else. Just not coffee,' he reminded Ianto, as if he needed reminding again.
'You can't just expect me to quit drinking coffee overnight,' he complained.
'Well, to be fair, I didn't expect you could get pregnant either, but here we are.'
'Here we are,' Ianto repeated, sighing heavily.
'I could make you a hot chocolate,' Jack offered, clearly feeling guilty at Ianto's despair.
'Really? With extra chocolate sprinkles?'
'As many chocolate sprinkles as you like. Within reason.'
'I guess that's not so bad, then.'
