Ianto felt uncomfortable as he sat in the passenger seat. ‘Can I just put my objections formally on the record, sir?’
Jack’s eyes didn’t even miss a beat at Ianto's words. ‘Your objection is duly noted, but we’re going there anyway.’
‘Do we really have to?’ he whined. ‘She gives me the creeps.’
‘She has the gift of foresight,’ Jack argued, referring to the girl with her tarot cards who occupied the underground alien establishment. ‘She’s never been wrong before.’
‘She’s also never brought us any good news,’ Ianto countered. ‘That’s not much of a gift from where I'm standing.’
