Summary: Gwen is having trouble getting the boys to stay focused. A double drabble.
‘I should’ve known,’ Gwen huffed as she finally crossed paths with Jack, looking slightly dishevelled but with an enormous grin on his face.
‘Hey Gwen! What are you doing here? I thought I gave you the night off.’ The fact that he was standing there in not much more than his underwear and one sock didn’t seem to bother him, though she doubted standing there naked would have either.
She gave another vexed sigh. ‘Yes, well except for the fact that the police phones are going mental with reports of fire raining down over parts of Grangetown. Have you not noticed, or were you too busy playing your little game of naked hide and seek?’
‘Ah, sir, we seem to have a problem in Grangetown,’ Ianto reported before spotting Gwen as he looked up from his phone. ‘Oh, hi Gwen,’ he said, only marginally more dressed than Jack with his shirt hanging open. ‘Rain of fire again, so it seems,’ he said. ‘That’s put paid to our night off. Think you can find all your clothes in the next five minutes?’
‘I’ll find mine faster than you,’ Jack said.
‘You’re on,’ Ianto replied.
‘Enough with the games already!’ Gwen cried.
