torchwood100Summary: Ianto is stuck trying to figure out where to put their really big toys. A double drabble.
Ianto sighed as he set his hands on his hips and stared at the object taking up a whole car space in their garage. What had been a novelty at first, for them as well as for their children, had now become a colossal pain in the backside.
When Jack had accidentally zapped their set of Connect Four with a device that Ianto had forgotten was in his jacket pocket, lying draped over the end of their sofa, it had grown to a seven foot tall monstrosity. At least when Jack had then zapped the kids bouncy castle to a more adult sized toy, Ianto had the option of deflating it to get it back into storage. This was proving more challenging to store.
‘You’re sure we don’t have anything in the archives that is capable of shrinking things?’
Jack shrugged. ‘That’s your domain, he replied. If you say we don’t then I believe you. We could hire it out for parties.’
‘Yes, because we have loads of time to drive it all around Cardiff for a few quid.’ He sighed again. ‘I suppose I could call Barry Island Pleasure Park and see if they’d be willing to adopt it.’
