Summary: Ianto is taking full advantage of their circumstances. A double drabble.
Ianto curled over in the bed and let out a little sigh. This working undercover business wasn’t ideal but he had to take the perks when he found them – one being the fact that he finally got Jack into bed with him, in a real, properly-sized bed, on a nightly basis. He snuggled closer, letting an arm snake across Jack’s torso.
‘You know we’re in bed where none of the neighbours can see us, right?’ Jack said.
‘I know.’
‘That means we don’t have to keep up the pretence. You know, all that perfect happy couple stuff. We can just be us, just for a few hours.’
Ianto didn’t pull away. 'I know that, too.' Just a few hours until the slightly insufferable Ken and Ifan had to make a reappearance, which reminded Ianto that he needed to bake more muffins in the morning. Sigh.
Jack chuckled. ‘Ianto Jones, exactly how long is it that you’ve been waiting to snuggle up in bed like this?’
‘Don’t know what you mean,’ Ianto replied, feigning sleepiness to avoid answering Jack more fully. It wasn’t like Jack wasn't taking advantage of the situation when it suited him.
Jack snuggled closer. ‘Whatever you say.’
