‘I’m so sorry, sir,’ Ianto apologised for the fifth time. ‘I was mopping and didn’t see it behind me. It must have caught on the handle.’
Jack found it hard to be mad with his newest recruit, who’d made it his life’s work to clean the hub within an inch of his life. ‘It’s fine, Ianto. You only knocked it off onto the floor. It didn’t break. See? Not even a scratch. Going to take more than a wayward mop to break this.’
Ianto frowned at it. ‘Why do we have a hand preserved in a tank anyway?’
‘That’s classified.’
