‘Police have reported a robbery on Queen Street,’ Gwen said, scrolling through the details on her computer.
‘How many times have I told you that petty crime isn’t our problem?’ Jack replied, wondering if Gwen was ever going to let go of her policing instincts.
‘Well, Andy called this one in, she replied, and I think you’re going to want to see the CCTV.’
Jack leaned over her shoulder as she pulled it up on screen, revealing a blowfish poorly concealed behind a balaclava. ‘Meet our crook.’
‘Now you're talking my language, Gwen Cooper. Grab your gear. We’re going fishing.’
