torchwood100Summary: Ianto and Owen are closer than ever to locating their mystery signal.
‘Spooky stuff!’ the tour guide said, dismissing the idea that ghosts lurked in the disused mine shafts of the Hengoed Deep Pit, before wandering away.
Ianto took one look at Owen and they both knew that spooky didn’t even begin to describe it. They’d seen the ghosts of the miners trying to escape fire and flood for themselves. This was definitely the place they should be looking for their mystery signal.
‘Ghosts,’ Ianto whispered to Owen.
‘Don’t,’ came Owen’s one word answer. He didn’t believe in ghosts. ‘It’s something else. But at least now we know where to start looking.’
