Summary: Owen is having trouble getting his coffee to stay in his mug. A double drabble.
‘Oi, Teaboy!’ Owen yelled.
He gave a sigh and then wandered over to the edge of Owen’s lair, wondering what grievance he had this time. ‘Yes, Owen?’
‘Fetch us another coffee, would you?’
‘You just had one,’ he replied.
‘Yeah, and make it in a different mug,’ Owen said, ignoring Ianto’s response. ‘This one must have a hole in it or something.’
‘A hole?’
‘Yeah. Every time I turn around to have some, there’s less than there was before.’
Ianto arched an eyebrow at him. ‘Doesn’t that tend to happen when you drink coffee?’
Owen rolled his eyes. ‘Not what I meant. I mean, there’s less in there between drinks. Hardly got two mouthfuls out of the last lot.’
Ianto picked up the mug off the top step and examined it, whilst checking the step for any puddles or stains. ‘You really think a hole is to blame?’ he asked, unable to see anything.
‘Hole, crack, whatever. Just get me a different mug.’
‘Not sure that’ll fix it.’
‘Why not?’
‘Has it occurred to you that maybe the disappearing coffee has something to do with someone who’s currently suffering from a bout of unintended invisibility?’
Owen paused. ‘You bastard, Harkness!’
