Summary: Ianto gets some up to date information on the latest forecast. A double drabble.
Ianto yawned and stretched as he walked down the corridor towards the central hub. His neck was still sore from where he'd fallen asleep at his desk. The hours since waking up and moving himself down to one of the hub's temporary accommodation suites hadn't helped, though at least his sleeping quarters had been decidedly more comfortable from that point onwards. He really needed to stop working back late.
Lights were already on in Jack's office signalling their captain's presence as he approached the doorway.
'Morning,' he said, before pausing to take in Jack's appearance, a towel wrapped around his head like a turban. 'Uh, why have you got a towel on your head?'
Jack raised an eyebrow at him. 'I thought that was obvious. It's wild out there, or haven't you noticed? I was worried I was going to need a canoe to get back to the hub.'
'Actually, I spent the night here,' Ianto confessed. 'I haven't a clue what the weather is doing.'
'You did?'
'Yup.'
'Huh.' Jack looked put out. 'If I'd known I wouldn't have stayed out all night chasing down cold case files. We could have had a wild night of a different kind.'
