Summary: Ianto is having difficulty getting Jack to obey. A double drabble.
‘Jack! Heel!’ Ianto’s voice boomed out across the hub, startling them all. For someone who was usually so quiet and calm beneath his suit, he had quite the commanding bark
Of course, sounding commanding and actually having people take him seriously was turning out to be another matter entirely. No sooner had he finished yelling than a flash of black skipped away, past their desks in a flurry of fur, disappearing down into the bowels of the hub in the blink of an eye.
‘How’s that obedience training working out?’ Owen teased, watching an irate looking Ianto come stumbling out of Jack’s office.
‘Tosh, please tell me that reversal procedure is getting close,’ Ianto said, ignoring Owen for the moment.
She gave a sympathetic frown. ‘Sorry, but it’s still a way off yet. We might only get one chance and I don’t want to mess it up.’
Ianto heaved a sigh and slumped against the edge of the desk. ‘I don’t know why I expected a canine Jack to follow basic commands like sit and stay,’ he said, rubbing the back of his neck. ‘He never abided by my instructions to sign off reports or take important phone calls either.’
