Summary: It may be unconventional, but Ianto wouldn't have things any other way. A double drabble.
The attractive blonde woman took one look at Ianto, then straight over his shoulder at where Jack was flirting with a policewoman. ‘Is he single?’ she asked.
Ianto could have just given her a direct answer, but he took the opportunity to look in the same direction as she was, admiring the way Jack could charm pretty much anything that breathed. ‘Sorry,’ Ianto replied. ‘He's taken. Actually, he's my boyfriend.’
The girl frowned, looked back at him and gave him the up and down. ‘What? You and him? Seriously?’
Ianto had to admit that their relationship was rather peculiar. He didn't even consider himself bisexual, and Jack didn't really use labels to describe himself either. The term omnisexual was touted occasionally, whatever that meant. Either way, neither of them were out and out gay. They'd both slept with women. Now they were sleeping with each other. Not just sleeping together, but in a proper, loving relationship, sharing their lives the way real couples did. It's complicated, Ianto finally said, but in a good way.
There was an audible “guh” followed by an eye roll. ‘The good looking ones are always shagging each other.’ She pouted at him. ‘It's so unfair.’
