‘Oh…’ Gwen’s face twisted in disgust as she tried hard not to reduce speed or let the sight distract her as they weaved through Saturday morning traffic on the M4. ‘That's just bloody rude, that is.’
Ianto grabbed the edge of the doorframe as Gwen hurled the SUV sharply around a silver Renault that was in their way. ‘He's a big lad, isn’t he? Not every day you get flashed by aliens as they try to make their getaway. Takes a certain air of arrogance. Jack, you should take a look.’
Jack squeezed between the front seats to get a better view through the windscreen. ‘Impressive,’ he replied. ‘Do you think that’s normal size for their species or it is showing off?’
‘It doesn't matter!’ Gwen snapped. ‘Because you won't be having an orgy with it.’
‘She’s no fun,’ Jack said, sliding back into the backseat. ‘Ianto, do you remember when we had that Pinoxl stay in the hub for the weekend whilst its ship was recharging? Like that, but with two of them.’
‘Oh, you didn’t,’ Gwen said.
Ianto flushed bright red. ‘I thought we said we’d never mention that. What happens in the hub, stays in the hub.’
